Dr. Yolanda Pierce is Professor and Dean of the Howard University School of Divinity in Washington, DC: the first woman to serve in that role in the school’s history. She is a scholar of African American Religious History, Womanist Theology, and Race & Religion, and is an alumna of Princeton University and Cornell University. A widely published author, Pierce’s newest book, “In My Grandmother’s House: Black Women, Faith, and the Stories We Inherit”, is now available everywhere for preorder.
